Asset Management Program

Patch Management has designed this exclusive program for our customers that want to make sure their fleet is replaced on a program basis. The Asset Management Program assures the customer their equipment will be replaced before it reaches the later years of service, when the maintenance, repair, and lost service time costs are at their greatest.

Additionally, this program assures that the customer has ready access to new technologies as our patent winning development team develops them.

How the Program works:

  1. The first step is to acquire a PK2000 or other spray patching equipment from Patch Management Systems, Inc. This can be accomplished either through an immediate purchase or through one of our capital lease programs (the Asset Management Program is not available with an Operating lease or rental arrangement.)
  2. Let us know that you are interested in the Asset Management program and at what time you would like us to reacquire the equipment from you.
  3. We will issue you an Asset Management program agreement guarantying that Patch Management Systems, Inc will buy your equipment from you at the time you specified at a price we will commit to - today!

On the date identified in the Asset Management Program agreement, you have the sole option of:

  • selling us the equipment in good condition as specified in the agreement
  • keeping the equipment and continue using it
  • sell the equipment in the open market.

The choice is yours!
