Q 2. If the City or State wants to lease a whole fleet of Pothole Killers for 6 months per year, is this possible?

A 2. Positively, that's what we do. Patch Management allows you to use the Pothole Killers only when you need them! Although we do encourage pothole repair 12 months a year.
