Patch
Management is committed to providing our customers with a
complete pothole management program. While other companies
are interested in selling or leasing equipment designed to
repair potholes, Patch Management is the industry leader
in providing the equipment AND the experienced
support throughout the program.
In
addition to the factory warranty that comes standard with
every equipment purchase, Patch Management Maintenance offers
all of our customers an expanded maintenance program that
includes:

All
preventive maintenance on the truck chassis as well as
the Patcher equipment.

24-hour
performance guarantee. If unit should breakdown, we will
respond within 24-hours, usually having the equipment
operational within that time.

The
equipment will be repaired or replaced at no cost to
the customer.

Patch
Management, Inc. will be responsible for lube, oil, and
filter change on the truck (per manufacturer's specifications).

Normal
wear items shall be updated and upgraded to meet manufacturer's
specifications for full length of contract.

Site consultations as required at a 50% discounted rate!

On-site consultations performed by professionals with
at least two years field operating experience.

and consultation for consumable products specifications
and acquisition, including our growing network of industry
affiliations.

comfort of knowing your hard work will have the best
chance of resulting in years of sustaining the patch
and delaying costly overlays.
Note
that neither of the above plans covers:
- Repair
of damages resulting from use of the vehicles including
bodywork, tire damage, or damage to other property in the
course of operation.
- Retrofit
upgrades to features that might become available on subsequent
models.
